What are your group sizes? We travel in groups ranging from 15 to 55 people. No matter what our group size is, we desire to be attentive to your needs and to maintain a personal touch .

What mode of transportation do you typically use? We typically charter deluxe motor-coach transportation. These coaches are equipped with AM/FM radios, PA Systems; reclining seats and individual reading lights.

Do your coaches have restrooms? Yes, our motor coaches are typically equipped with restrooms.

What is your Cancellation Policy? For extended tours, theater events and any pre-paid events, refunds would be based on any payments that Trips 4 U, Inc. has paid out. There will be NO REFUND 10 calendar days prior to a trip UNLESS the trip can be resold to someone on a waiting list. A $10 processing fee per event will be charged for ALL Approved Refunds.

If You Must Cancel: Due to non-refundable advance payments and significant administrative costs, trip cancellations are a very costly situation regardless of the reason. To offset these costs, we often must assess a penalty on last minute cancellations. In fairness to others, we cannot make exceptions. On all tours, regardless of when you cancel, we will be unable to refund any penalties Trips 4 U incurs from our suppliers as a result of your cancellation. In addition, the penalties listed below may apply. If we do not receive notice of your cancelation, you will be assessed a 100% penalty.

One Day Tours: Cancellations 10 calendar days or less prior to departure are assessed a fee of 25% of the tour price, OR the total penalties we incur from our suppliers, whichever is greater.

Multi-Day Tours: Cancellations less than 45 calendar days prior to departure are assessed an administrative cancellation fee of $25 per person. If your cancellation is received at least 45 or more calendar days prior to the departure date, and we have not incurred any penalties from our suppliers, you will receive a full refund.

Responsibility: Trips 4 U acts only as an agent for the various independent suppliers that provide hotel accommodations, transportation, sight-seeing, activities, or other services connected with our tours. Such services are subject to the terms and conditions of those suppliers. Trips 4 U and their respective employees, agents, representatives, and assigns accept no liability whatsoever for any injury, damage, loss, accident, delay, or any other incident which may be caused by the negligence, defect, default of any company or person in performing these services. Responsibility is not accepted for losses, injury, damages or expenses of any kind due to sickness, weather, strikes, hostilities, wars, terrorist acts, acts of nature, local laws or other such causes. All services and accommodations are subject to the laws and regulations of the country in which they are provided. Trips 4 U is not responsible for any baggage or personal effects of any individual participating in the trips arranged by Trips 4 U. Individual travelers are responsible for purchasing a travel insurance policy, if desired, that will cover some of the expenses associated with the loss of luggage or personal effects.

Itinerary Changes: Trips 4 U reserves the right to make changes to itineraries of equal or greater value as deemed necessary. We cannot reimburse clients for items in the tour that they elect to not participate in.

Travel Insurance: If you wish to provide yourself with extra protection from unexpected events, we highly recommend you purchase a Travel Insurance Plan. Please contact our office for details.

Matching up Single Travelers to Share a Room: If you are a single traveler and wish to save money by sharing a room, Trips 4 U will attempt to match you with another single traveler, if you book before the final payment is due. We can arrange for you to exchange phone numbers with a prospective room-mate so that you may determine compatibility.
